04Deposit & Withdrawal
Poci99 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfers via major banking institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are conducted entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposit Policy:
- The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods;
- Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation;
- Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the poci99 platform;
- Poci99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
Withdrawal Policy:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30;
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers;
- Your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed;
- The recipient name on your bank account or e-wallet must match the name registered on your poci99 account;
- Poci99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount for security and compliance purposes.
Important: Any attempt to transfer funds through third-party accounts, use false information, or manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account suspension and all associated funds may be seized pending investigation.
05Bonus & Promotion Rules
Poci99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly reloads, daily cashback, and prize tournaments. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.
General terms applicable to all poci99 bonuses:
- Wagering requirement: All bonuses must be wagered at the specified rate before withdrawals are permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant offer page;
- Validity period: Bonuses have a set expiry period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited;
